Payment methods

Payments on the website of Wildlife Monitoring Solutions are handled by the Payment Service Provider "BUCKAROO". They take care of a smooth and safe handling of the payment process. You can pay by iDeal, Wire transfer (bank transfer), Paypal, Credit card (MasterCard and Visa), Bancontact, Giropay, SOFORT, and EPS.

Business orders on account

If you are a business customer and would like to order on account, this is in most cases no problem. You can place your order by e-mail (info@wildlifemonitoringsolutions.nl), but you can also simply place your order in our webshop. During the ordering process you can enter a different billing address and in the comments field you can enter any additional billing information, such as a purchase order number. If you have arrived at the "payment" step in the ordering process, choose the "wire transfer" option and complete the order. We will contact you for the further processing of your order.

Please note: The option to order on account only applies to business customers. Wildlife Monitoring Solutions reserves the right to refuse ordering on account without further reason.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped with PostNL or its international distribution partners. For deliveries outside the Benelux and Germany, UPS is often used.

Shipping costs

From €50,- all orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are shipped for free and from €250,- all orders within the EU are shipped for free. For orders outside the EU a variable rate applies of at least € 29,95 (details available on request). For orders under € 50,- within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and under € 250,- within the EU we charge € 6,95 shipping costs.

Exchanges and returns

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Please always contact us first by phone (+316-43444755) or by email (info@wildlifemonitoringsolutions.nl). We may be able to help you further or help you find an alternative product. Of course, you also have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason (legal right of withdrawal). After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return your product. The full order amount will then be refunded to your account. Only the costs for returning your order to our address are for your own account.
