Wilsus Accento Leica Lens

The Wilsus accento is known for its stunning image quality, partly due to its Leica M6 lens. With the wide angle lens of no less than 100°, you receive a wider view, which makes it easier for you to capture the surroundings and one animal - or group of animals - in its entirety. This is very useful, for example, when animals move right in front of the camera (e.g. at a track), as the short focal length ensures a full view of the animal. In addition to the wide angle lens, the cameratrap has a widened detection sensor of 80°, so animals will be noticed more quickly by the camera. Also, the Wilsus Accento is equipped with some handy features - like an adjustable flash intensity and sensor sensitivity - which allows you to adjust the cameratrap perfectly to your desired goal. Wilsus Accento | Appearance

The extremely compact Wilsus Accento has an anthracite housing, within which the AA batteries and settings must be entered. When using Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries, the camera can last extra long. The 2.31 inch internal color viewer makes it possible to see live the view of the cameratrap and to review captured images or videos directly in the field, making it easier to position your wildlife camera!

Wilsus Accento | Recommended accessories

All camera traps are supplied with a nylon strap for mounting, but without any other accessories. However, to get started with your cameratrap right away, you need at least a set of batteries and an SDHC memory card. For this model, this is a standard SDHC memory card of at least Class 10, such as the Sandisk Ultra cards. Additionally, we recommend to use the Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries (not rechargeable), or the Panasonic Eneloop and Eneloop PRO rechargeable NiMH batteries. The advantage of the lithium batteries over the rechargeable Eneloop batteries is that the former are more resistant to winter temperatures. The disadvantage however, is that they are non-rechargeable. If you choose rechargeable batteries, think of the Everactive battery charger, in case you don't have a good battery charger in your house!

In addition to batteries and a memory card, there is a variety of other accessories available for this cameramodel. There are all kinds of special mounting materials such as tree forks and supports, but also accessories that ensure that the camera is placed more securely, such as a security enclosures or a python cable lock.
