What are the costs for shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over € 50,- within the Netherlands and on all orders over € 250,- across Europe! For orders outside Europe, our shipping rate is fixed at € 29,95. For all orders below € 50,- within the Netherlands or below € 250,- within Europe, that need to be shipped as a box, the costs for shipping are € 7,95.
When will my order be delivered?
This depends on the products you ordered, where you are and on the payment method you selected. But in general, products that are in stock and that are ordered before 3 PM local time, will be shipped the same day. For most European countries, this means you will receive your package within 1-3 working days. If a specific item is not in stock, the average time until delivery is 3-10 working days. With orders of multiple products, the time until delivery will be determined by the product for which the delivery time is longest, unless otherwise agreed upon with us.
How is my order shipped and delivered?
Most orders are shipped with PostNL. This is the largest mail and parcel service in the Netherlands. PostNL has contracts with local shipping companies worldwide. In some case, international order are shipped with UPS. Generally, the shipping company will try to deliver the package at the address you indicated for two or three consecutive working days. If delivery is unsuccessful during this period, the package is often stored at a local office of the shipping company and can be collected by the addressee for a period of some weeks still. If the package is still not collected after this period, the package will be sent back to us and we will get in touch with you.
Can I pick up my order somewhere?
Yes. You can come and collect your order at our company address (Leonard Roggeveenstraat 13 in Wageningen, Netherlands). In this case, it is important to first get in touch with us by calling us at +31(0)619-550336 to ascertain yourself that someone will be available to hand over your order. Within the Netherlands you can also opt for delivery of your order at one of the PostNL offices throughout the country.
I did not receive a shipping confirmation. What should I do?
Please contact us via email or phone. We will try to find out what the problem is and will try to solve it accordingly.
My Track & Trace code is not working. What should I do?
The Track & Trace code of your package only works after the package has been loaded into the system of PostNL at the distribution office. In most cases this only happens after 9 PM. I some cases the Track & Trace code only becomes active the next morning after 8 AM. If you are in doubt or if you think something is wrong, please contact us and we will try to figure it out!
Can I change the shipping address of my order?
During the ordering process you can indicate where the order should be shipped to. Did you make a mistake? Then contact us straight away. If you are still in time (i.e., the order has not yet physically shipped), we can most probably adjust the shipping address still.
How can I change my address in my account?
If you have an account with us, and you would like to change some details of this account, such as the shipping or invoice address, the easiest procedure is to log on to your account via our website. Once looged in, you can easily change these details yourself. Are you experiencing problems logging in or do you need help, then please contact us.
