What are the costs for shipping?
From € 50 all orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany will be shipped for free and from € 250 all orders within the EU will be shipped for free. For orders outside the EU a variable rate applies of minimum € 29,95 (details available on request). For orders under € 50,- within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and under € 250,- within the EU we charge € 6,95 shipping costs.
When will my order be delivered?
This depends on the items ordered. Items that are in stock are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days. So in most cases, you will receive your order within 1-3 days. If an item is out of stock, the delivery time usually ranges from 3-10 working days. When ordering multiple items, the delivery time of the item with the longest delivery time applies, unless agreed otherwise with us.
How will my order be delivered?Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are usually delivered by PostNL. For orders outside this area, we usually choose UPS. The delivery driver can deliver your order to a delivery address of your choice and even to a postal agency nearby. If no one is present, your order will be delivered to your neighbours. You will receive a notification stating which house number the parcel was delivered to. Should the delivery of your order fail, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest post office (often this is a supermarket or Bruna in the area) and can be collected there within 1 week. If you have not collected the shipment even after this period, the shipment will be returned to us and we will contact you.
Can I collect my order somewhere?
Yes, you can collect your parcel from our address at Dokter Larijweg 169 in Ruinerwold. However, it is important to coordinate your visit in advance by calling +31643444755. You can also choose to have your order delivered to another address or even to the nearest post office. Please contact us for this as well.
I did not receive a shipping confirmation. What should I do?
Please contact us via email or phone. We will try to find out what the problem is and will try to solve it accordingly.
My Track & Trace code is not working. What should I do?
The Track & Trace code of your package only works after the package has been loaded into the system of PostNL at the distribution office. In most cases this only happens after 9 PM. I some cases the Track & Trace code only becomes active the next morning after 8 AM. If you are in doubt or if you think something is wrong, please contact us and we will try to figure it out!
Can I change the shipping address of my order?
During the ordering process you can indicate where the order should be shipped to. Did you make a mistake? Then contact us straight away. If you are still in time (i.e., the order has not yet physically shipped), we can most probably adjust the shipping address still.
How can I change my address in my account?
If you have an account with us, and you would like to change some details of this account, such as the shipping or invoice address, the easiest procedure is to log on to your account via our website.
