The Seissiger Special Cam LTE - Supersim Edition is a popular 4G wireless wildlife camera. The advantage of this model is that it comes as a complete set, with a prepaid SUPERSIM sim card (which can be used throughout Europe), a 16GB memory card, a set of alkaline batteries, and a handy metal tree screw for attaching the camera to a tree or post. Furthermore, this camera has a sufficiently fast response and recovery time, so the captured images are transmitted within 20-30 seconds to a special APP on your phone or tablet. The images are also accessible via a special website. The wireless functionality makes this camera ideal for observation of remote places (e.g. bird's nest) and for theft prevention (e.g. holiday home). Finally, it is possible to send a command to the wildlife camera via the APP or website to take a picture of that moment and forward it or to remotely change the settings in the camera. The Seissiger Special Cam LTE housing feels robust and sturdy. The camera model has a sturdy camouflaged housing and is equipped with a locking clip on the right side, in which the AA batteries (12 pieces) and settings should be entered. The 2.0 inch built-in colour viewer makes it possible to see live what the wildlife camera is observing and images can be viewed directly in the field. Do you prefer to be able to decide which SIM card you use in your wildlife camera? Then take a look at the Snyper Commander 4G WIRELESS. With this model it is possible to use any SIM card you like, so you are not tied to the rates and/or the app of Supersim. Another advantage of the Snyper Commander 4G Wireless is that with this model it is possible to send several photos of one trigger (with the Seissiger camera only the first photo is sent). The advantage of multiple pictures of 1 trigger is that you often see much better where the movement (and thus the animal) is in the image, and you get more information about what is happening in front of the camera. Finally, with the Snyper Commander 4G Wireless you can adjust more settings remotely than with the Seissiger Special Cam LTE.

Seissiger Special Cam LTE - SUPERSIM Edition | Recommended Accessories
The Seissiger Special Cam LTE - SUPERSIM Edition is delivered as a complete set. This means that a SUPERSIM prepaid SIM card is included, as well as a 16GB memory card, and a set of 12 alkaline batteries. It also comes with a nylon strap and a handy little tree screw for attaching the camera to a pole or tree. In fact, you don't need any extra accessories to get started with your wildlife camera right away. However, you might consider ordering a slightly larger memory card (max 32GB for this model), or better batteries. For this camera we recommend using the Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries (not rechargeable), or the Panasonic Eneloop or Eneloop PRO rechargeable-batteries. The advantage of the lithium batteries over the rechargeable Eneloop batteries is mainly that the former are more resistant to winter temperatures and that they last longer before they are empty. The disadvantage is that they are not rechargeable. If you opt for rechargeable batteries, then consider the Japcell Rapid Battery Charger in case you don't have a good battery charger at home!
