In that case, we will always do our utmost to help you as a customer as quickly as possible and solve the problem for you. Good communication regarding the warranty and repair process is important, which is why we work with a special RMA Portal. This portal is separate from our website. If you experience a problem with your product purchased from us and would like us to look into it, please click on the link below and submit a new RMA request there. Please note; submitting an RMA request requires you to create an account within the RMA portal once, so that we can then keep you updated on the status of your RMA request via the portal.
