Within which period can I return my purchase free of charge?
Are you not satisfied with your purchase? You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you received it, with no reason for cancellation. After you have cancelled your purchase, you have another 14 days to return the purchase to us. The full purchase total (including shipping fees) will then be reimbursed to you. You only need to pay for the costs involved with returnign your purchase to us. Should you wish to make use of this right of withdrawal, please first contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us about your decision. After that, please send the purchase back in its original state and packaging and add a written statement indicating that you exercise your right of withdrawal. If the product was used, but did not meet your expectations, we ask your to contact us first to find a suitable solution together. This could, for instance, be a partial reimbursement or an offer to exchange the product for a different product that would better meet your expectations.
I have a received a damaged or incomplete product, what should I do?
Despite our efforts to deliver each order in a good manner, complete and in time, there is always a possibility that something is wrong with your order. In that case we ask you to inform us as soon as possible upon receipt of your purchase. We will do what we can to quickly replace the product or otherwise solve the issue for you!
How can I return a product?
Always send the complete product (so including original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, etc) back to us. Use a sturdy packaging and make sure the shipping fees are being paid for. You are advised to use the original box that we used for shipping the order to you.
When can I expect my money back?
After we have received your returns shipment, we will reimburse you within five working days.
I have received an email indicating that you will reimburse me, but I have not received any money?
We are probably waiting for your bank account details, which we need for transferring the money back to your account. You can provide us with these details via email@example.com. The invoice total will be reimbursed within five working days after receipt of your returns shipment.
