Within what period can I cancel and return my order?
Are you not satisfied with your purchase? You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your home to the shop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original state and packaging. To make use of this right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of this. You must then return the product in its original state and packaging and enclose a written statement stating that you are invoking your right of withdrawal. This could be a partial refund, but we could also exchange the product for another one.
I received a damaged or incomplete product, what now?
While we make every effort to deliver every order neatly, completely and on time, it can happen that something is wrong with the order. We ask you to report this as soon as possible after receipt. We will then ensure that you receive the desired product in good condition as soon as possible.
How do I return an item?
Always return the complete item (including any packaging, labels and/or accessories). Pack the item you wish to return in sturdy packaging and ensure sufficient postage. You can, for example, use the box in which the order was delivered.
When can I expect my money back?
We will refund the purchase amount to your account within five working days of receiving your return.
I received an email about a deposit but have not received any money yet, what now?
We are probably still waiting for an account number to which we can refund the purchase price. You can notify us via email@example.com. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account within five working days of receipt of the return shipment.
