The Master Lock Python cable lock is perfect for anchoring your camera to a tree or post with or without a steel camera housing.
The lock is 8 mm thick and 1.8 metres long, so it will almost always fit. The cable locks from Master Lock are available in three versions, a standard black version of which each lock is numbered individually and therefore you have a set of unique keys for each lock when you purchase multiple locks, an almost identical black and yellow version of which each lock has the same lock number and therefore you can open each lock with the same key when you purchase multiple locks (very handy when you have multiple cameras in the field!), and a camouflage version of the cable lock. These camouflage version locks are available in sets of up to 4 locks with 1 lock number.
