Payment methods

Payments on the website of Wildlife Monitoring Solutions are handled by the Payment Service Provider "BUCKAROO". They ensure a smooth and safe handling of the payment process. Payment can be made in the following ways:

iDeal
Every day 1.5 million iDEAL payments are made. For many Dutch people, this online bank transfer is the most trusted form of online payment. Paying with iDeal is free.

Wire transfer
If you choose the "Wire transfer" option when placing your order, you will receive an e-mail from Buckaroo on our behalf containing the details required to pay for your order, including a handy payment button which can, for example, take you straight to your own payment environment. In principle, we can only process your order once we have received your payment, which is why in this case it often takes a little longer before your order is dispatched. The Wire Transfer option is free of charge.

Paypal
PayPal is a popular international online payment method. In some countries, such as Germany, it is even the preferred method of payment. Consumers pay from their own account and can link a bank account number or credit card for direct debit. Top-ups and payments via a balance are also possible. Payments can be made online by logging in with an e-mail address and password. Also recurring payments are possible, such as subscription services. Paying with PayPal is free.

Credit card
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Credit card payments are low-threshold, as no balance is required to make a purchase. In addition, products purchased online with a credit card are insured for at least 180 days against damage, loss and theft. A fine means of payment for the online consumer. Credit card payments have security as a high priority. Via 3D-secure credit card payments are protected against fraud. Paying by credit card is free.

Bancontact
Bancontact is the best known online payment method in Belgium. The payment is completed in your own Internet banking environment. It is a guaranteed payment method, i.e. the money is transferred immediately and cannot be reversed. This method of online payment corresponds to the Dutch iDEAL. Belgian consumers regularly pay in shops, restaurants and online using Bancontact with their smartphone via the Bancontact Payconiq App. Paying with Bancontact is free.

Giropay (Germany)
Giropay has 35 million users. This German online banking system was developed by three banking groups which together represent 80% of the German market. In addition to German customers, more and more people from Austria can also use the payment method. The Giropay payment process is similar to that of iDEAL in the Netherlands. As with iDEAL, transactions cannot be reversed. The payment is made via the payer's own bank. The payment with Giropay is free of charge.

SOFORT
Sofort by Klarna (formerly SOFORT Banking) is a simple and direct payment method used internationally. Consumers from Germany, Belgium and beyond can easily pay by bank transfer via their online banking system. The payment method is similar to an online bank transfer, and although the usual receipt period for bank transfers also applies here, instant confirmation can be given that the transfer has been initiated by the consumer's bank. Payment with SOFORT is free of charge.

EPS (Austria)
EPS (Electronic Payment Standard) is a debit card which can be seen as the iDEAL variant of Austria. The payment method originated in 2001 and has a reach of 2.5 million Austrian bank card/account holders. Over 80% of Austrian merchants now accept EPS as a payment method in their webshops. EPS transactions are guaranteed, so there is no risk of chargebacks. Paying with EPS is free.
