Business orders from within the Netherlands
All orders are accompanied by an invoice which states the VAT separately. If you prefer to order on account, this is no problem in most cases. You can simply place your order in our webshop. During the ordering process, you can state any additional invoice details, such as a purchase order number, in the comments field. Once you have arrived at the checkout page in the ordering process, choose the "wire transfer" option. We will then contact you for the further processing of your order. In most cases, this means that we will require payment in advance for the first order from a new business customer, and a standard payment term of 14 days will apply to subsequent orders. Of course, other arrangements can be made by mutual agreement.
Note: the option to order on account is only available for business customers. Wildlife Monitoring Solutions reserves the right to refuse an order without giving any reason.
If you are an company outside the Netherlands, but within the European Union (EU), and your organisation has a valid VAT identification number, then it is possible to pay the VAT in your own country and you can pay your order to us with 0% VAT. This is called an intra-community transaction. If you would like us to process your order as an intra-community transaction, in most cases this is not a problem. You can simply place your order in our webshop. During the ordering process you need to fill in your valid VAT number. If this number is correct, it will be recognised automatically and the total amount will automatically be shown excluding VAT. You can then complete your purchase in the usual way. Ordering on account is also possible, according to the instruction above. If the VAT number is not recognized, please contact us for a solution, or complete the ordering process by adding a comment to indicate that you would like to pay exclusive of VAT and would like to receive an intra-community VAT-free invoice for this purpose. In this latter case, please opt for the "wire transfer" payment option and wait with processing your payment until we have adjusted the invoice total to reflect the VAT-free amount.
