Other noteworthy specifications | The camera has built-in Bluetooth, allowing you to control this camera remotely using an app on your IOS or Android Smartphone. The range of setting is about 30 meters under ideal conditions. Using the app, captured photos or videos can be downloaded, you can live-stream the camera, and you can remotely adjust the settings. In this way you don't need to disturb the place where you place the camera, and of course this also works perfectly when placing the camera in a place that is difficult to access, such as high in a tree, or deep in a fauna tunnel. This camera has several shooting modes: in "multi-shot" the camera can take 1-8 pictures per trigger with 2 seconds between each picture, while in "Rapid Fire" mode also 1-8 pictures can be taken in one trigger, but with only 0.3 seconds between each picture. Furthermore, this camera has the so-called Smart IR Video functionality. This means that the camera will continue to film as long as movement is detected. So even if the video length is set to 20 seconds, for example, the camera will continue to film after 20 seconds until the animal disappears, or until a total of 5 consecutive minutes of filming have been completed. Furthermore, this new model also has the so-called SD Overwrite function, which means that automatically the oldest images will be deleted when the memory card is becoming full. |
